All deliveries are sent as signed for this means someone must physically sign to receive the goods. All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail and are trackable.

*If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

We are currently offering free UK delivery (2nd class signed for) on all orders over £20.

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements on support@vapeaddict.org.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

We ship internationally and a large portion of our orders are sent to Europe. Please choose your geographical zone when checking out. We ship all international orders via the Royal Mail International Signed/Royal Mail Airmail services and DHL Worldwide Express, should you require clarification, or wish to choose a different method for your order, please contact us. Customers are required to note that the Royal Mail Airmail service is not an insured or tracked service. In the event your shipment is lost we do not accept any liability. Our new DHL International courier service is a better choice in terms of efficency and speed although prices do vary dependant on location and weight.

Insurance – PLEASE READ

All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £46. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £46 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery.

We can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £46 if the free flat rate or signed for option is chosen.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.

 

Standard delivery

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
